LeBron pulls a prank on Bronny James by tampering with his car in a Nike ad, just before Bronny’s Lakers debut.
Tuesday night is set to be an emotional occasion for the Los Angeles Lakers and the basketball community, as iconic Lakers forward LeBron James welcomes his son to the team.
Meanwhile, the playful antics between the father-son duo have already begun.
On Tuesday afternoon, LeBron shared a Nike ad on his social media showing him playfully hazing his son, Bronny James, as a rookie.
In the video, a delighted LeBron fills Bronny’s car with cereal and watches his son’s annoyed response.
“Hey rookie! Don’t be late,” LeBron teases.
“Are you serious? Come on, man,” Bronny responds.
LeBron then says, “Hey, clean up my driveway. It’s a mess,” while Bronny retorts that he’s “too old for this.”
The James duo is highly anticipated to share the court in Los Angeles’ season opener against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Their playful dynamic, along with how they perform together on the court, will be a key storyline to follow in basketball this season.
