Jeff Lebby isn’t concerned with moral victories for Mississippi State football.
Mississippi State football lost 35-13 to Texas in Austin on Saturday. However, many Bulldog fans left feeling optimistic about their team’s performance. As significant underdogs coming off a series of poor outings, they held their own against the Longhorns for three quarters, appearing more competitive than in previous games.
Despite this, MSU head coach Jeff Lebby doesn’t view the game as a moral victory. In his post-game press conference, he stated that the team’s goal wasn’t just to compete but to win.
